Up to 10 hours of service on the wedding day including set up and breakdown, $75 per each additional hour

Services will begin 18 months before the wedding

One meeting each month and two meetings the month of the wedding

Provide recommendations for all vendors and set up vendor meetings

Maintain a detailed wedding checklist and  planning schedule

I will help you create a cohesive aesthetic

Assistance with budget writing and management

I will be the point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process

Creation and management of a day of timeline

I will set up hotel blocks for out of town guests

I will arrange your day of transportation

I will assist you in creating your guest list, managing RSVPs, and making a seating chart, escort cards, etc.

I will deliver welcome bags for guests staying in the hotel block

I will lead the wedding rehearsal

Oversee the flow of the ceremony

Ensure the event runs smoothly and handle any complications if they arise
